It’s from HBOS (you know, Lloyds/Halifax/TSB/BOS) about a packaged bank account complaint made either straight to the bank or via a third party during a sale. I’m glad I picked up because I got awarded thousands for a wrongly sold Halifax Ultimate Reward current account. I believe they also deal with other types like select, silver, gold, platinum and premier accounts. It’s not PPI related, but if you recently put a complaint in with your bank, expect to hear from them. Just make sure to call your bank back on a number you already know and mention your complaint reference.
