Got a call about a boiler cover payment supposedly due in May, but it was on my late dad’s bank account. They were trying to scare my mum into giving her bank details. I called back the number and was met with really unfriendly customer service. Eventually, they agreed to take my number off their list so we wouldn’t get any more annoying calls.

I got a phone call today from a bloke named Aaron saying my boiler warranty was ending soon and I needed to renew it before 23rd May. I told him I only use British Gas for that sort of thing. Then I phoned British Gas myself and they said to just disregard that call. At 83 years old, I’ve learned to be very wary of cold calls like that.

Got a call from this number, some lady telling me my boiler cover ran out. Problem is, I don’t even have any boiler cover at all! Pretty sure it’s a scam.
