They’re pressuring my mother for her banking details, which is quite alarming. I contacted them, and the customer service was rather curt and unhelpful. I insisted on having our number taken off their list to stop the incessant calls!8 yearsToday, I received a phone call from a chap named Aaron, who claimed that my boiler warranty was nearly up and that I had until the 23rd of May to extend it. I informed him that I exclusively handle matters through British Gas. After that, I promptly contacted British Gas, and they advised me to disregard his call.
