I saw an online deal that seemed to promise some sort of free coverage, so I gave it a go. But then a rep from the company phoned me and straight away started asking what kind of cover I wanted, ignoring the free offer they’d mentioned. To me, their advert looks like a trick to get you interested, only for them to push a hard sell over the phone. I actually filled out the form online to avoid those lengthy sales calls where they try to push products you don’t really need. Really disappointing experience.

Totally a scam, no doubt about it. They keep ringing non-stop and say they're from some British senior insurance company. Funny thing is, you can tell they're all Indian. It's just nonsense waiting to happen. Best bet is to block them straight away. People need to report these calls as much as possible. Only then can we get them shut down and protect folks from falling for their tricks.

This 0800 093 1312 number belongs to British Seniors, a well-known company. They handled my dad’s insurance after he recently passed away, and I found them quite reliable. I just wish they’d have left a voicemail the first time they called, it would’ve saved me some confusion before I worked out who they were.
