Yeah, this is for real. It’s linked to NHS pre-diabetes services. You can check out NDPP online. My doctor sent me to them.

I got a call from someone claiming they had a miracle cure for type 2 diabetes. Told me they could fix it completely with some special programme. Seemed a bit dodgy to me, like one of those scammy things targeting people desperate for a solution.
