Over the past few weeks, I've had quite a few calls, and today a bloke named CARL ALLEN from Asset Consultant Group gave me the usual sales pitch. He was talking about the Dahli Collection of Art, calling it “Assistance of Memory.” Apparently, it’s some kind of treasury asset with no capital gains tax and all that. He said I’d need to invest £2,700 and my return would be around £3,000+. They want me to commit for 12 months. Then a guy called SIMON HUNT from Compliance phoned to ask a few questions. Carl’s supposed to ring back later to tell me I passed the compliance check.

Thank God for Dr. Osauyi and the amazing change he brought into my life. Me and my husband had been apart for 3 years, and I was really unhappy. Life without him was so lonely for me and my two kids. I looked up some spell casters who could help bring him back, and within 48 hours, he called me, begging for forgiveness over everything that happened. I’m beyond happy that we’re together again as a family. If anyone else needs help from a great spell caster, you can reach him at [email protected][###] or ring +2347064294395.

They must’ve swapped their names cos they were known as TAG before and have been scamming elderly folks since the start of this year. Don’t know how they get away with it, but if the address on their papers is still the same, trust me, the office is shut - I tried sending a letter and it came back. Still waiting for the court case to happen.

This bloke said he was Nick Carter from AMP. He tried to trick my mother-in-law. Told her she shouldn't trust her own family but should listen to him instead!!! Asked for cash supposedly for some art deal.

Some bloke, sounded quite believable, from a company named AMP rang me about investing in a Treasury Asset Market. Apparently, Christies are auctioning off Salvador Dali's Giraffe Melting Clock for a pretty tidy sum. I was told I'd be one of only a few private buyers getting involved in this. He asked for £2021 upfront to secure my spot. He seemed so legit it almost felt real!!!!!!! Luckily, my gut instinct and my missus told me to steer clear.

Got a call from someone named Rachel Wilson tryin to pitch me some “amazing” investment deal. She was super sweet at first but the moment I said no thanks, she turned really nasty. Not exactly someone you wanna deal with. Might’ve had a rough past or somethin’. Just a heads up - if it sounds too perfect, it probably is. Stay careful out there.

Had a call from Mr Reynolds at TAG, who said he was with Prudential and had some 'amazing investment opportunity'. Didn’t seem to care that I’m on the TPS, kept pushing to get my driving licence and other personal details! Told him I wasn’t up for it and then he started swearing at me, even called me a BAS###D. Reported the whole thing to the ICO not long ago.

Some bloke called Anthony Baxter has phoned me a few times, going on about how he earns loads and buys genuine Versace tees. He came across as a bit thick, honestly, and made me wonder how on earth someone like him even has a job. He wanted me to put in £2193, promising a 75% return. Claimed he's a top broker or something. I really wouldn't want to see what's beneath that. Cheers with your fancy t-shirts, mate. Best to steer clear of this daft lad.

Got a ring from some young bloke called Mr Potter. He was keen to send me a leaflet and chat about some kind of investment. He just wouldn’t back off and kept pushing to send it over. Said it was all about a 2-month deal with 60% returns promised. I’ve been done before and this smells like another dodgy scheme. I’d give it a miss if I were you.

Just got a call from someone named Marcus Riley, saying the same things as before. This is the third time they've called, but first time mentioning investing money, which I'm definitely not interested in. First time he made it sound like he was linked to Barclays. Gave me this number 0800 088 5430, haven’t called it yet though. While I was writing this, they’ve called me 3 more times but just got to answerphone, no messages left. The number’s blocked when I try to see who it is. I reckon they’ll give up before I do!

Got a phone call today from Treasury Asset Group about Barclay Shares. They wanted to speak to my husband but he wasn’t in. The person said they’d try calling back. I’ll let my husband know so he can be extra cautious if they do get in touch again. We’re always wary of unexpected calls like this.

Got a call to my landline earlier from a guy claiming to be from the Treasury Advisory Group. He brought up some shares I supposedly have in a company. I told him to explain why he was calling. Then I think he clocked I wasn’t some easy target and just ended the call. Tried to look up the number but it showed as unavailable. He sounded quite convincing and professional but it was obviously a nasty scam pretending to be legit. Really watch out for these dodgy calls.

A lady calling herself 'Rachel Wilson' rang me claiming to be from Treasury Advisory Group, saying my share portfolio was about to be sold off. She got quite rude when I said I wasn’t interested. Even after I ended the call, she phoned me three more times. She also mentioned she had my phone number and home address. I found her weak, sneaky attitude quite funny, but I can see how someone more vulnerable might’ve felt really worried.

A man called Fletcher rang my husband, who is unwell and stuck at home, saying he needed to invest £2193 from his British Gas shares. My husband believed he was really with BG and went along with it. Today, we got a paper from Alternative Investments delivered by DHL asking us to sign and send it back. Fletcher phoned again this morning, pushing us to sign and post the form, but we haven’t done anything after looking up the number. Be very wary of these people and stay well clear.

If the call came from the UK then UK law should be the one that counts and you have the right to a 14 day cooling off time. If you think these folks are legit then fair enough, but I’m not convinced at all.

Treasury Asset Group keeps ringing me up saying I agreed to something over the phone and that they’re going to take me to court. But I never signed anything! I didn’t even know it had anything to do with artwork or that I’d have to pay for shipping until they sent me some papers, which I haven’t signed or sent back. This doesn’t seem right at all. I’m really stressed about it now. How can they expect me to be responsible for this?

Nick Carter phoned my mum twice, and she's dealing with early Dementia. She nearly gave him her personal details as he asked, but luckily, she stopped herself and ended the call. Afterwards, I found her feeling quite "disturbed" (her own words). I rang Carter back and spoke with his manager, who was really rude and hostile. I honestly can’t believe this isn’t against the law.

Got a call from Treasury Advisory Group, some bloke called Nicholas Richards. He said I qualified for some fancy interest rate cause I’m a loyal Lloyds shareholder. Nathan Tomlinson from Treasury Asset Group called me, phoning from Regent Street, London. He was trying to push investments in commodities, art and coins. Claimed they deal in Picasso and Dali pieces and promise big profits for their clients. Said he got my info from share registers, sounds like one of those boiler room scams to me. After wasting about 10 minutes listening, I ended the call. He rang back straight away, got my voicemail and then started leaving a string of nasty abusive messages. Too dodgy for me.

What an absolutely dreadful individual, reportedly named Nathan Tomlinson, who has been relentlessly badgering my parents-honestly, it’s been a call literally every minute! He even tried to intimidate them with threats of legal action, despite the fact my parents hadn’t shared any information. During one of his persistent calls, I picked up and he wouldn’t stop blabbing about how he’d like to connect me with their so-called legal team. I firmly told him to back off and cease all communication with my parents, but he continued his barrage. It's outrageous behaviour from despicable crooks who ought to be put away for attempting to con vulnerable pensioners out of their hard-earned savings. This lot claims to be operating from the UK, while waving around a fraudulent Swiss identity and allegedly sending out materials from Spain. Ridiculous! I’m certainly going to be reporting these characters to Watchdog. - caller: Treasury Asset Group

What a thoroughly unpleasant individual, going by the name of Nathan Tomlinson, has been relentlessly pestering my folks. I mean, the phone rang every minute without fail, and he even had the audacity to threaten them with legal action, even though they’d disclosed absolutely nothing. I decided to pick up one of these calls, and this chap kept banging on about connecting me to their so-called legal team. I firmly told him to cease his harassment of my parents, but it was like talking to a brick wall; he just kept on ringing. These rogues are nothing short of disgraceful, and they ought to be behind bars for attempting to con vulnerable pensioners out of their hard-earned savings. They claim to be situated in Switzerland but are making calls from the UK, and apparently, they’re sending out physical correspondence from Spain. It’s utterly ludicrous! 13/01/16 - Identified himself as Andrew Baxter. Claimed to represent the Treasury Advisory Group, supposedly calling from Switzerland. He mentioned that he distributes commercial reports for large firms such as B.Gas, Barclays, Credit Suisse, and various UK supermarkets. Apparently, his firm has just received the green light to reach out to shareholders of certain companies on his list-attempting to persuade a £2193 investment in Dali artworks with a promise of 15% returns. Requested verification of identity prior to providing further details, bringing up regulations related to money laundering and anti-terrorism. 14/01/16 - Endured at least 11 calls from a withheld or unavailable number, all of which I opted to disregard. 15/01/16 - Yet again, it was Andrew Baxter. The conversation dragged on until my phone's battery gave out. He called back (I answered on a different phone) and we spent another 20 minutes chatting. I made it clear I wasn’t keen on his proposal. He then insisted on passing me to his superior. After grilling him and stressing that I required written information before disclosing any personal details, he became quite agitated and disconnected the call. Shortly after, I received two more calls from the same number-each ringing briefly before hanging up. Consequently, I called the number Andrew had provided and requested to have my number removed; unfortunately, I was met with a rather wrathful individual who abruptly cut me off! - Caller: Treasury Advisory Service
