A lady identified herself as calling from Sky Repair regarding our Sky box. However, we don't hold any repair agreement with them. The moment we mentioned that we aren't the property owners, she abruptly hung up on us.

I picked up this call, and there was a bloke who coughed, followed by a rather long pause before I decided to end the conversation.

I just had a chat about our Sky box, and it turns out we're shelling out £9 a month for some repair maintenance contract. It's quite baffling really, as we've never agreed to any cover like this before. Seems like someone's trying their luck at our expense!
