I've been receiving incessant calls from the Northern Ireland Housing Executive on this number 08000859118, and it’s coming to a point of pure frustration! To whom it may concern at the Belfast, Ballymena, and Larne offices - allow me to clarify: I absolutely refuse to pick up the phone for any number I don’t recognise, nor for those sneaky private or withheld numbers. I strictly respond to calls from contacts I’ve saved, that's it. Additionally, the so-called "Patch Officer" is sending letters meant for me to my late mother’s address instead of my own, which is on file. It's quite unacceptable, and I would appreciate it if you ceased leaving business cards through my late mother's door since I don’t reside there anymore. The numerous "one ring” calls need to stop; I have every right to appeal your decisions, but you don't have the authority to keep bombarding me with calls. This isn’t a game, and certainly not a situation akin to some oppressive regime.

I wonder if anyone else has been facing as many issues with the NIHE as I have? Every single week without fail, I receive yet another letter about Housing Benefit. For years now, they’ve been a constant source of stress for my family. Just when we manage to settle whatever arrears they whip up, out of the blue comes another letter claiming they’ve reviewed my benefit and discovered that my entitlements from three to four years ago ought to be reassessed. And just like that, I’m suddenly staring down the barrel of a bill for £3,000 to £4,000 in arrears! It feels like I’m under some sort of tyrannical regime. This saga has dragged on for an entire decade. We sought legal advice a few years back, which miraculously put a halt to the madness for about a year, but alas, they’ve resumed their antics. Has anyone else found them to be utterly spiteful, duplicitous, and just plain dishonest?
