Got called by Santander's debt team like 14 times in just four days all about an overdraft of £2.18 I never agreed to. When I asked them to prove it was their number, they kept denying it. But I actually managed to get it down in writing, so I know for sure it’s their number.

I've been receiving these baffling silent calls from this number, which I believe belongs to Santander. It feels rather dodgy, especially when they invoice you a whopping £40.00 for a mere letter! They keep insisting they've attempted to reach out regarding your accounts, yet mine are all settled and up to date. It’s absurd! What’s even more puzzling is that there’s never anyone on the other end; just dead air! It’s utterly perplexing and infuriating!
