I didn’t pick up when they rang, but shortly after I got a message from that same number. It said something about a new delivery service and asked me to ring the Pharmacy on 0800 083 3060 to check the details. The message also said not to reply because it’s automated. This seems really dodgy and like a scam to me. I’ve gone ahead and blocked the number now.

I've been getting loads of calls claiming they're the ones sorting my meds. I rang the pharmacy who usually deals with my prescriptions, and they had no clue who these callers were. Then today, a dodgy photocopied letter showed up, not even signed by anyone. Honestly, how on earth did they find my address?

I’d say this is both threatening and annoying behaviour. I’ve gotten multiple voicemails where they only use my first name, which is odd. I’ve never arranged for any medication delivery through any company linked to the NHS. Plus, I never authorised the NHS or any pharmacy I use to share my information with any outside firm (calling themselves "Healthnet") that pretend to be a Pharmacy providing “Homecare Delivery Service” for meds. So, honestly, there’s only one reasonable guess here: These calls are definitely not from a genuine source.
