I got a call claiming it was from the DWP. At first, it was an automated voice, quite robotic, telling me I’d been caught committing fraud and that my national insurance number was frozen. Scary stuff! They obviously didn’t have any of my details since they asked me for my name. It’s just some bot dialing random numbers trying to scam people. Eventually it switched over to a real person who then asked me for more info. Please, don’t give them any of your details!
