Reports on phone number 08000790103
2 yearsI received a call from 01939834969 today. They asked me to send a text from EE and read out a passcode. I mentioned my scepticism about the legitimacy of the call. The caller assured me she would ring back from EE using the number 08000790103. I noted that her manner was rather insistent, which heightened my distrust. She then asked for my email and promptly sent me a message stating: YOUR EE PASSCODE Hello, Here’s your passcode to modify your password: 737528. Please be aware this will expire in 20 minutes. If you didn’t request this, kindly get in touch with us. I expressed that I had no intention of altering my password and was uncomfortable continuing the call. Her response was, “I’ve already provided you with a passcode, reached out from our customer service, and sent you an email. What more do you need?” I found her approach quite rude and lacking professionalism. So, I bid her farewell!EE3 yearsBeware of a scammer pretending to be from EE, saying they can cut your bill in half!
