3 yearsGot a call from 01939834969. They asked me to read out a passcode they were supposed to text from EE. I said I wasn’t comfortable with the whole thing and felt suspicious. Then they said they’d ring me back from 08000790103, claiming it was EE. I told her her attitude was quite aggressive, and it made me even more wary of the call. She asked for my email, then sent a message titled “YOUR EE PASSCODE” saying to use code 737528 to change my password within 20 minutes. It also said to get in touch if I hadn’t requested it. I told her I didn’t want to change any passwords and refused to continue the call because it seemed dodgy. She responded with something like she’s already messaged, called, and emailed me - what else did I want? Honestly, she sounded really unprofessional, way too pushy and rude. I just ended the call.
