When I asked why I’d need to share my mortgage info, the bloke claimed I’d dealt with their firm before - which is total rubbish. Then he asked to speak to my mammy. I told him I’m the homeowner, not some kid, but he kept pushing me to hand the phone over. I warned I’d hang up if he carried on being so rude and pushy. As soon as I cut the call, he rang back straight away asking for my mammy again. I told him I’d report him to the cops and he responded by saying he’d report me to my mammy! Honestly, most people would back off if they knew they were speaking to a child and not keep hassling. If you realise the person’s a kid, just end the call.
