I got a call from 08000777306, I picked up since I was waiting for a call from the hospital, being elderly it really threw me off. It looked like a free number but no one said anything which made me feel uneasy. I phoned the hospital and they said it wasn’t from them. I’m quite fed up as these calls keep coming daily. +448000773067 - total con. Heard a call centre buzzing in the bg. Some bloke with an English accent claimed he was part of the council’s housing disrepair squad, supposedly making sure repairs were done right. Then he asked me who my landlord was, I told him he should know since he phoned me. He got quiet for a sec then asked if I had any repairs left. I just hung up and blocked. Seems like they’re fed up with getting hung up on by those dodgy Indian call centres and are trying out England numbers now.

I don’t usually answer calls from numbers I don’t know, especially if it shows London. They didn’t leave a voicemail either. After reading these comments, I’ll just block the number. I accepted cookies on a website not long ago, and I also bought something on Amazon from a third-party seller based in China. So looks like personal info is being gathered and shared, either through those cookies or from the details linked to my overseas purchase.

STRATTON housing disrepair seriously, no idea how these dodgy #### managed to get my number but I’ve made it crystal clear they are not to call me again. The absolute muppet on the other end has rung me twice now. Either the legal system gets its act together and deals with these pestering #### or people are gonna start taking matters into their own hands.
