I can't believe it! My neighbour received a call from this firm inquiring whether I resided next to them. After a bit of back and forth, they said they’d contact me by letter and promptly disconnected the call. Isn't it a bit dodgy for businesses to behave this way? There must be rules against such tactics, right?
