There's really no use in raising a complaint with them. They were pitching a health check special, which honestly you can purchase directly from them for the same price. Quite frustrating, really!

I believe this is linked to BUPA. We’ve got a client that continues to receive calls from them. They tend to contact individuals rather than just the central office, and they provide a list of names too. Honestly, it’s rather pointless to file a complaint against them for this. It appears to be merely a marketing tactic for their health check-up offers. You can get such services for the same price elsewhere regardless.

Unfortunately, we couldn’t answer either time, and each left us a voicemail suggesting we dial 08000724254 if we wished to have our information removed. Honestly, this kind of pushy sales tactic ensures that we will definitely steer clear of their services in the future!

We've been bombarded with countless calls from this number, ringing continuously. The moment we tried returning the call, we were met by BUPA. Later this evening, we received what can only be described as a bothersome call from this same number. When we inquired if it was some sort of prank, they cheekily replied "yes" and hung up. Not amused at all!

This is nothing short of a scam, I tell you. The moment you listen to the message, you realise they don’t even bother to make their identity clear, as if they want you to be caught off guard. It’s like stumbling into a conversation halfway through, leaving you bewildered about who’s on the other end. If you end up calling them back, it’s just a waste of your time, as they’re clearly just after a quick con. There’s absolutely no chance that Bupa would operate in such a dubious manner; it's baffling that they would resort to cold-calling, especially when they're raking in profits year after year.
