Hey, just experienced something similar here. Did you ever manage to figure out what was going on? Would really appreciate some advice.

Today I found a card stuck in my outdoor meter box, asking me to ring a number about some electric bonding issue and mention a reference code, ehib fie or something. But when I dialled the new number, the reference option wasn’t even available. I picked the closest choice on the menu anyway and ended up waiting on hold for about 10 minutes, just listening to endless ads before giving up. Now I’m left feeling uneasy cause I haven’t a clue if there’s actually a problem or who I’m supposed to contact to fix it.
