There was no available option for the reference, and when I chose the nearest alternative, I was left on hold for nearly ten minutes, enduring a barrage of adverts before I decided to hang up. Now, I'm in quite the quandary, feeling anxious about whether this is a genuine issue, but I’m at a loss as to whom I should contact for assistance.
