I reached out to Barclaycard to file a complaint but haven't had a proper response yet. Would appreciate if they could look into it seriously.

I got a call from a number matching 10/01/2020 but it’s from somewhere else. They mentioned ycard. I’m on IG and emails, but I don’t actually have an account with them. If you do, I’d say it’s best to pick up if they ring you.

after I complained about a dumb email from barclaycard, they ended up wasting loads more of my time making me go through security checks, only to have nothing useful to say. complete morons.
