Then later at 10.31am a bloke named David Johnson rang saying now it’s a grand I owe. Both wanted me to ring a free number back. They left messages on my answerphone too. I keep getting calls from people with Asian accents using fake English names, telling me I owe money for software renewals. They try to scare you into calling them back, then want you to give them access to your PC using some code so they can supposedly stop the charges. Don’t fall for it! Just don’t pick up, block the numbers, and definitely report them to Action Fraud or the police.
