They even provided an address in Swansea right after they seemed to dig for our own details. Naturally, this raised our eyebrows. They were remarkably persuasive but rather overzealous, which made us cautious about sharing any more personal information. They asked us to check out their website and get back to them afterwards. Well, lo and behold, what we discovered was exactly what we'd been warned about!

When two chaps with those posh Lord Aisian accents were squabbling, they claimed they could get back some bank fees for us. They were after our complete address and details from Swansea, sounding quite official. Soon enough, they started pressing us for specifics about our credit card, which set alarm bells ringing.
