Got a call from some bloke with an English accent asking if I was on a contract. I said yeah, I'm with Three. Then he asked if anyone else at my place had a contract, I said yeah, all of us do. He just said alright, thanks, bye. Bit dodgy if you ask me, but maybe they’re using English voices so it doesn’t seem like a scam or something.

Received a missed call from this number earlier, so I thought I’d return the call. When the chap picked up, he greeted me with my name and promptly asked if I was interested in a new phone contract with O2! Quite the unexpected conversation!

Someone said they were from o2 and asked for my bank details for security checks (I've never had o2 and this felt fishy).

These nasty scammers from India are saying they’re ringing from 02 UK, trying to sell mobile deals that 02 UK doesn’t even provide. The prices they claim to offer for the phones aren’t real at all. Avoid them!

Ryan Note came across more like Abdul from O2 in London, but with a strong Delhi accent, and there was loads of background noise and static messing up the call. He kept asking for account details and numbers. I was completely thrown when he suddenly called me a dirty motherf***er after I blew my son's football whistle into the phone three loud blasts, then he just hung up on me.

Received a dodgy call claiming I’d forked out over £900 on my card for Amazon purchases. They told me to hit 5 if I hadn’t approved the transaction. Seeing as none of my cards have that kind of cash, I thought it best not to take any chances and didn’t press anything!

yeah, it’s kinda 02 but not really. there’s this UK firm named “concentrix” that 02 hands over their customers’ info to, so they can ring them up trying to sell more deals. i used to work there about 9 years back. figured gdpr would shut this down - but nope, still going. so if you buy through them, it’s legit - just better to avoid. stick to 02’s official site instead.

This morning, I received a rather alarming seven calls from this number at the crack of dawn, around 5 am. The incessant ringing disrupted my slumber, leaving me rather on edge for the rest of the day. To add to my dismay, when I tried to return the call, there was no response, and it quickly became clear that I’d dialed a wrong number. Quite the frustrating start to my day, I must say!
