As soon as they started with “We just want to see if you’re happy with your service,” I ended the call. Somebody’s been calling me nonstop, saying they're from Virgin Media. It’s every single day now, trying to get my personal details. I just ignore the calls these days. Virgin 150 checked and said there's no record of calls to my phone or landline from them. The caller's always a woman with an Indian accent, and you can hear kids screaming in the background. When I told them to stop or I'd report them to the police, they rudely told me to basically piss off.

The moment I told them I prefer sorting contract renewals online or in person, the caller just ended the call. This definitely wasn't Virgin Media - they'd never just drop the call like that. The bloke asked me for the first four digits of my bank account for a direct debit setup, but I told him I don’t share any bank info over the phone. He was super pushy about it too. In the end, I just hung up and blocked the number. Definitely don’t trust this is really Virgin Media - watch out!

The very people who take your call about Virgin Media can turn around and rip you off once their shift finishes since they've got all your personal data.
