I got this dodgy text with rubbish English saying there was a problem and to ring a number. Turned out to be some scam phone company trying to catch me out. Pretty sus if you ask me.

Got a call on our office phone from this number asking for the person on the account. They wanted my name but I told them it's not needed since it's a business account. I asked what the call was regarding, but the caller said they couldn't say unless I answered some security questions. I refused, and they kept pushing me to comply. I told them that even if they were Virgin Media, we've already cancelled our contract and aren't interested in any offers. After that, they just hung up straight away. Definitely don’t share any info if this number rings you.

I've been receiving relentless calls from this number, which apparently originates from Virgin Media, only for them to hang up every time! Dealing with Virgin Media has been nothing short of a headache. I attempted to file a complaint regarding this persistent caller, but all I got in return was them disconnecting the call on me!

I’m absolutely done with Virgin Media - I definitely wouldn't recommend them! They take the crown for being the most ineffective company I’ve ever dealt with!

Virgin's telemarketing is quite something, isn't it? If you decide to poke around on their website regarding broadband and phone services, be prepared for a ring-back! They require you to input your phone number and postcode to check the broadband speeds available for your line, which inevitably leads to a rather swift phone call from them. It's a bit of a catch-22, really!
