I didnt pick up but played the voicemail, it just kept looping saying "press 2 to hang up" which was a bit odd for a voicemail. Not really sure why folks are saying this is Welsh Water. The map up top shows folks in Scotland and London asking about it, but Welsh Water only covers Wales and parts of Western England. Ive also had this ring my work mobile. Not sure what Welsh Water would want from these calls, but i'd suggest not answering.

It was Welsh Water calling. Normally I don't pick up calls from 08000 numbers but I answered on the second try. I've saved the number under 'Welsh Water' in my phone's contacts now, so it shows up whenever they ring me again.

I keep getting these automated calls stating it's BT SMS, yet they never mention who’s on the line, leaving us in the dark about whether it’s a prank or something more serious.
