Don't bother returning their calls; all you get is an automated message identifying the callers. It's a bit of a nuisance as they will just try dialling you again, which they did with us the moment we let that first call slip by. Now, it’s not a scam; it's a legitimate company sorting out delivery for a large parcel. In our case, it’s excellent news because we’ve been eagerly anticipating our new bed for what feels like forever! :)
