Got a call from 08000489236 today but didn’t pick up. No voicemail or anything. After checking your site, it seems to be just another telemarketing or scam call. I’m swamped with these kinds of calls recently. I’m definitely going to block it now. I really need to be more careful about what I agree to when I tick those online terms because since I shopped on TK Maxx’s website, I’ve been getting loads of calls and spam. I even saw on some emails that I supposedly gave permission for stuff from Aventura, which I don’t remember agreeing to at all.

Got a call from this “Boost” energy lot. They never said what the call was about or where they found my number. The woman on the line rattled off a bunch of questions about my energy meter without giving me a chance to reply, and when I asked what she wanted, she just hung up. its boost energy company, when i tried phoning back to cancel or ask questions nobody picks up. ive called over 5 times and no reply, and when someone finally answered they told me to wait 24 hours to cancel. seriously, is that even allowed? the customer service is awful. they also kept ringing me from lots of different numbers with someone talking all muffled so i wasnt sure who it was and caught me off guard. i’ll block all their numbers once i manage to cancel whatever they are trying to charge me for.

Just got a call on my work phone at 14:38 on 27/07/2019, but when I picked up they just hung up straight away. I rang back and got Boost Energy, but no one answered. Checked my call history and saw these same people called about 3 days ago asking for someone called Jake (that’s not me). Told them that without giving my real name, and then they started pushing about switching energy providers. That’s when I ended the call. Bit of a random cold call if you ask me. Number’s blocked now.
