Indeed, it must be the AA. We found ourselves stranded last night and received a missed call from them earlier today.

It comes as no shock, really. After a decade of allegiance, we decided to call it quits with them. There was absolutely no indication of any discount upon renewal, and they didn’t offer anything for not making a claim either. The renewal fees were simply outrageous. If they spent less time bombarding us with those exasperating adverts about ‘You’ve got a mate,’ perhaps their prices wouldn’t be so high. In the end, we took our custom elsewhere and saved ourselves over £80! We have no plans to return to them in the future!
