Received a rather intrusive sales call about loft insulation today. I promptly informed the caller that I was registered with the Telephone Preference Service. Curiously, he didn’t bother to apologise or explain himself; he simply ended the call with a curt 'bye'. How rude!

If I'm remembering correctly, the person on the other end stated they were representing "Premier by Design Loft Conversions." Honestly, I haven't a clue what their agenda was. I can't stand those pesky cold calls that you never asked for!
