We quickly changed our passwords and reached out to Etsy, only to find out that they had no record of any calls made by their team. Some chap claiming to be from Etsy rang me up, but amidst all the chatter, I could hear a baby crying away in the background - quite the distraction! The caller introduced himself as Tom and insisted he wanted to have a word regarding my shop supposedly being set to holiday mode.
