It’s quite appalling how they take advantage of people like this!

Received a call purporting to be from my IVA provider, insisting that I had missed a payment and needing my bank details to rectify the situation. Quite suspect, if you ask me, as there’s absolutely no missed payment on my end! I'm baffled as to how they've obtained both my IVA company’s name and my contact number.

Received a call from some absolute joker claiming to be searching for a Mr. Terrorism. I thought it best to ring them back using the toll-free number they provided. Managed to get through to the head honcho of the company and made my grievances known. Quite the bizarre encounter, I must say!
