This telephone number seems to be incessantly hounding me for payment regarding overdue bills associated with Fuel Broadband, formerly known as Primus, which is part of the Newcall Telecom group. Frankly, Primus has got to have the most abysmal customer service I’ve encountered. Whenever I raised an issue or sought assistance, they would take an eternity to reply-usually sending back a cookie-cutter email days later that didn’t even address my concerns. After a staggering four-month wait for any meaningful response, I finally threw in the towel, switched providers, and had a new line installed. The minute I made that change, lo and behold, I received an email with the long-awaited reply to my inquiry-only after I had already warned them I would take my business elsewhere if they didn’t get back to me. To add insult to injury, this number with its automated prompts started bombarding me with calls that very same day, asking for money.
