I've been getting stuff I never ordered, getting charged for it too, but there’s no address to contact them and when I ring, no one picks up.

I've been getting calls from this number, and I think it's some kind of scam trying to trick people.

Not sure if it’s a scam but it’s definitely a frustrating call just to get an RMA number, then being left waiting on hold forever or no answer at all. I’m sending the item back along with a complaint letter and warning them I might take legal action.

I got this number from a US company called Natures Remedies as their return contact. But when I tried ringing to set up a return, the call just wouldn’t go through! Their returns policy says you need to call this number to send stuff back. So how on earth am I meant to return anything or get a refund if my calls aren’t even answered? Feels dodgy to me, maybe just a scam?
