This evening, I received a recorded message from Argos, informing me that my delivery had encountered a delay and might take another two weeks to arrive. Oddly enough, I have already received my order and secured a delivery date! It seems that the recorded message is redundant, to say the least. Moreover, Argos tried reaching out to us again today from another number - twice, in fact - and they managed to confirm a delivery date. So, I find myself wondering, what's the need for such a recorded notification? Quite baffling, if you ask me!
