I got an email, not a phone call, saying that they'd be taking £299.99 from my bank on or after 24th November for some Windows Defender thing I have no clue about. They included this number for "customer support" which looks a bit dodgy to me.

today i got another email, second one this week, saying they would take £299 from my account on or after 24th november. i replied asking "who even are you lot?" but guess what, no reply at all. typical!
