i keep gettin calls from bt sales offering me a deal better than what ive got now. ive told them loads of times to take me off their call list coz im not interested but they just wont stop ringin me. really fed up with it now.

They keep calling me about phone bills even though I've said I'm not interested, ringing a few times daily until about 8 in the evening. It's really starting to feel like harassment.

I've been receiving calls from this number, but they never bother to leave a voicemail. I tried ringing them back, only to be met with a recorded message stating that it's an invalid number! Quite bizarre, if you ask me!

Got a call from 08000286627, supposedly from BT, saying I needed to ring back today to speak with the owner. Thing is, the owner’s hardly ever around! The person on the line wasn’t interested in chatting and just said they’d return the call. I’m done with it, so I’m blocking the number now.

I've been receiving a rather annoying barrage of calls that feel quite intrusive.

I've been receiving calls from this number once more, now ringing me twice a day. It first happened five days back, then four days ago, they called twice yesterday and again at 10 in the morning today. I’ve simply saved it in my contacts as a scam and opted to disregard it. It's rather frustrating, to be honest, like a nuisance that disrupts your day when you’re trying to focus on something important!

I've been receiving an incessant barrage of calls from this number, and it's really starting to feel quite like harassment. I’ve refrained from picking up, mainly out of concern that if I respond, I might unknowingly end up with a nasty bill, as they might somehow tap into my account. One of my employees got a call on her mobile, the caller wanted to speak to me but refused to give their name. They mentioned something about BT/EE, so from what I can tell, what you’ve said sounds right.

Got calls from people claiming to be from BT, but I reckon they're just trying to rip off former customers who've switched over to EE and the like. I heard BT actually bought EE to get more clients, but now they're ignoring privacy rules and ringing up everyone who’s made it clear they don’t want to be bothered. Proper harassment if you ask me.

It seems that BT has resorted to questionable tactics, targeting previous customers who have jumped ship to EE and its earlier incarnations. It looks like they’ve acquired EE in a bid to broaden their clientele, but in doing so, they’re blatantly disregarding the Data Protection Act. Many of us have explicitly stated that we wish to be left alone, yet we continue to receive these intrusive scam calls from BT. It’s quite frustrating, to say the least!
