We've been getting calls from this number repeatedly over the last few weeks. Every time we pick up, they just hang up. When we tried ringing them back to ask them to remove us from their list, they said they would, but when we pressed for confirmation on when they’d do it, they flat-out refused. It's incredibly frustrating!

A pleasant young lady called me to chat about insulating the loft and cavity walls. I mentioned, "I've already taken care of that." She apologised for the interruption, saying, "Sorry to trouble you, sir," before promptly hanging up. Curiously, she never revealed which company she was with.
