They were shuffling me around between different representatives, which felt rather dodgy, if I'm honest. When I inquired about their base, they threw out an address in Ilford, but surprise, surprise-it seems that was a total ruse. They tried to convince me that I was shelling out 40% more than I should for my energy with N Power, whom I don’t even use!
