Watch out, this number 0800 022 33 22 claiming to be BT WiFi is a total rip-off. I never even use WiFi that you have to pay for, so I was baffled when I got a bill from them. The genuine BT WiFi number is something else entirely. Seriously, don’t call that number or they’ll hit you with crazy charges and whatever you do, don’t pay anything to them!

I've received a rather dodgy bill purportedly from BT, claiming my WiFi account was in arrears and threatening to disrupt my service if I didn’t settle the amount. The letter urged me to ring a number to resolve the situation. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!
