I've experienced a similar situation where £13.89 was siphoned from my bank account. The only information that appeared on my statement was linked to Satellite Digital Services, along with the phone number 08000209649. Upon calling that number, they requested my contact details and promised to get back to me. However, I'm still waiting for that call. I attempted to reach out again using a mobile number but encountered the same dead end. Truly frustrating!

I’ve just noticed a charge of £39.99 has been deducted from my bank account, and it’s from a company I’ve never heard of before. This payment was certainly not authorised by me! When I tried to reach them, all I got was a voicemail and they’ve not returned my calls. I’ve already been in touch with my bank to sort out a refund, but I’m left baffled-how on earth did they obtain my banking information?

About four weeks ago, £99.99 was withdrawn from my bank account. I made sure to cancel it, yet the company keeps assuring me they've dispatched a cheque. Each time I reach out, they claim it's on its way. Could you possibly investigate this company for me? I'm starting to have doubts and fear this might be a scam.

Withdrew £110 from my account and I’ve yet to even set foot in their establishment. Not a single letter or phone call to explain themselves. When I attempted to reach out, I was told they’d get back to me, but guess what? No contact has been made at all. I'd strongly advise steering clear of these folks...!!!!!!!!

I can assure you that this outfit has no affiliation with Sky whatsoever. The name of the business is Satellite Digital Services, and it isn't even overseen by the Financial Conduct Authority. This means they're operating unlawfully by offering insurance services, not to mention their dubious claims of being associated with Sky while attempting to offer you discounts on existing services. I strongly advise you to steer clear of this company at all costs!

Could this genuinely be from Sky Digital? They mentioned I might be eligible for a discount since I haven’t encountered any issues. The representative inquired about which bank account I was using for payments and even asked for my card number. I went ahead and shared it since they already knew the initial four digits, but then I started to suspect it could be a scam. Consequently, I decided to cancel my card.
