So, turns out Fresh Start is just another name or branch of Vanquis Finance. They've called me loads of times using different numbers. What they do is offer ways to clear debts. My debt's actually with Provident Personal Loans, so if you've borrowed from them and struggling, that's likely the reason why Fresh Start's been phoning you.
