I received a call from this number, but when I picked up, there was just silence on the other end. Out of curiosity, I decided to ring it back, and it turned out to be a place called Fresh Start. They appeared to be in the business of peddling financial products. Honestly, I can't fathom this approach to conducting business; they seem a bit lacking in common sense, if you catch my drift.
