They never asked for my name or address but told me there was a problem with an isolator switch from a recent installation, and they wanted to arrange for an engineer to visit. They asked if I wanted to sort it out over the phone. I said I'd prefer a letter instead, but they said they couldn’t send one and gave me a number, 0800 015 6812, to call back.
