We've received calls from this number claiming to be from Microsoft, but I suspect they're nothing but con artists.

I received a call from someone identifying herself as "Kathy," who purported to represent Genex Technical Services and claimed to be associated with Microsoft Windows. After I initially hung up, she had the audacity to ring back not once, but three times! Clearly, she was rather determined. In my opinion, these folks are up to no good and might just be trying to pull a fast one.
