I got a text from this number earlier today saying I need to pay Green Star Energy £74.67 and that they'll be charging my credit card linked to the account. Thing is, I've never had any business with them, so it's obviously a scam just trying to fish for my details.

This so called green star is actually a scam! They try to get your personal info but never let you talk or find out anything properly. They just take details and you never get the full story. Stay away from them!
