Does anyone know who might have given us a bell?

I’ve had just about enough of those debt recovery services in Birmingham. Honestly, it’s an absolute nightmare! They’ve been calling us incessantly - I reckon it’s at least ten times a day. It’s turned into a proper harassment situation, so I’ve decided to report them to the Office of Fair Trading. Utterly ridiculous!

I've been receiving calls from these individuals repeatedly, and I haven't the faintest idea who they are or what they're after. It's quite baffling, really!

I received a communication from a debt recovery agency based out of Birmingham, specifically from Mr Singh regarding my account with HFC Bank concerning my Marbles credit card. He mentioned that if I fail to reach out to them within 72 hours, there will be certain measures initiated against me. Quite an alarming situation!

I’m rather curious about who’s been calling me.

I received a call from DLRS, who insisted we need to settle our loan balance immediately. We’ve explained that it’s not feasible for us at the moment, yet they continue to bombard us with calls. It's becoming quite distressing!

I’ve been inundated with calls from these folks on a daily basis; it’s reached a point where I really couldn’t care less anymore. We’ve got a caller ID system now, so we simply ignore them. If they threaten legal action, I say bring it on-they can’t squeeze blood from a stone! If you’re receiving any form of benefits, make sure to pop down to the Citizens Advice Bureau for a bit of guidance; there are specific protections in place for those in your situation. Wishing you all the best, everyone!

I tried giving them a bell shortly after receiving a message, but unfortunately, there was no one on the other end to pick up. It’s a bit puzzling, isn’t it? Are they actually legitimate?

This appears to be a debt collection agency, doesn't it? First off, they sent us a letter through the post, warning that matters could escalate if we didn't reach out to them within 72 hours. As soon as we got in touch, they began putting pressure on us over the phone. We’ve made it clear that we’re unable to pay, but they persist in hounding us for money and rang us up again the very next day. It’s rather relentless, to be honest!
