Got an email from techpcfix claiming to be Randy Horton (a solicitor), this is the third time now. Earlier messages were from Jessica West or Jess Thompson, also said they’ve filed fraud and cheating charges against me. Thing is, I never used any of their services or had anything installed by them. Watch out for this number, it’s a free number 0800 011 9632, but I reckon it’s dodgy.

I got an email from techpcfix, this Randy Horton guy claiming to be a solicitor. This is like the third time now - before it was different names like Jessica West or Jess Thompson, also saying they’re lawyers. I got an email from techpcfix.com which seems identical to ones I've seen from geek web and msexpert.com before. I've gone ahead and sent all of them over to action fraud at [email protected] for them to look into.

Got a call from someone claiming to be Eastern Union, saying we owe £149 as a cancellation charge for an automatic renewal we never knew about. They kept on saying they’ve been emailing and ringing us for over a month, but we haven’t seen any of those messages or calls. When I asked for proof, they refused to show any of these supposed emails. The only message we got was this one with threats about going to court. Quite dodgy if you ask me.

This number keeps pestering me and 080085015145, claiming I'll be taken to court if I don't cough up for some Firewall renewal. Neither me nor my partner has any idea who they are. They're asking for £200 to renew and £90 just to cancel. Stay clear!

Back in November, this lot wouldn't leave me alone and in my stress, I ended up paying £90 to make them go away since my partner's really poorly. Now they're back wanting more money, this time for a different service they say we need. I've asked them to show any paperwork proving my partner agreed to this but they just ignore me.

These people should be looked into and stopped for good.

The only thing I ever purchased was a 12-month antivirus subscription. Seriously, don’t call them back asking for details! That's exactly what they’re after - making you anxious about legal trouble so they can prey on anyone who might be easily fooled or scared into paying up.

apparently, they say i signed up for some “auto-renewal” on a firewall service from my business like 4 years ago, but truth is, the only protection i ever got was an antivirus subscription for a year. after that, i switched to another company, so there was no way anything could be still running. now they’re threatening court over all these supposed unpaid renewal fees. they have my phone number and email just from that one quick deal i did. trust me, these people are scammers. don’t respond or else they’ll just keep bugging you even more.
