Some bloke called Martin Clarkson rang me up saying he was a Conservation Officer with Gloucestershire County Council. He started on about some Government Green Deal Scheme and that my loft insulation was supposedly unsafe. Yeah, right. Turns out he’s not connected to the council at all. He used another mobile number before, which you can find here if you look up his name. I checked with the council and they had no idea who he was.

He used another mobile number before, which you can find on this site if you look up his name. The council didn’t recognise him at all.
