For over a week now, my phone's been buzzing away at all hours, both day and night. I refuse to answer calls like these, on principle. It's absolutely outrageous how some people persist in harassing others with such relentless nuisance calls. Honestly, what a ridiculous situation! Can't believe it’s coming from a supposed Postfinance number! The caller ID is 0800001115.

Ich bekomme seit dem 10. Dezember 2009 ständig Anrufe von dieser Nummer, manchmal sogar mehrmals am Tag. Eine Dame von Swisscom hat mir gesagt, dass anscheinend Probleme im Telesales-Bereich aufgetreten sind, und sie wollte dem nachgehen. Heute habe ich einmal abgenommen, aber am anderen Ende war niemand zu hören. Ich habe darum gebeten, dass man mich von dieser Liste entfernt. Mal sehen, ob sich die Situation bald verbessert.

Ich habe bereits mehrfach Anrufe von dieser Nummer erhalten und es ist wirklich nervig. Mein Netzbetreiber hat klargestellt, dass die Nummer definitiv zur Schweizer Post gehört, genauer gesagt an: Webergutstrasse 12, Bern. Jedoch solltet ihr vorsichtig sein: Die Schweizer Post selbst hat keine Ahnung von dieser Nummer, ähnlich verhält es sich mit PostFinance. Beide warnen eindringlich vor Betrügern, die sich als Mitarbeiter der Schweizer Post ausgeben und versuchen, persönliche Informationen am Telefon zu erlangen. Ich rate jedem dringend ab, irgendwelche Daten preiszugeben oder ans Telefon zu gehen, wenn diese Nummer anruft. Da die echte Schweizer Post, PostFinance und auch der Mobilfunkanbieter keinerlei Maßnahmen ergreifen können, müsst ihr die zuständige Kantonspolizei informieren. Diese können dann dafür sorgen, dass die Nummer auf eurem Telefon gesperrt wird. Viel Erfolg dabei!

Der automatische Wählmechanismus des Callcenters tätigt Anrufe an verschiedenen Nummern gleichzeitig. Jedes Mal, wenn ich ans Telefon gehe, ist da niemand am anderen Ende. Das deutet darauf hin, dass der Mitarbeiter bereits mit einer anderen Verbindung beschäftigt ist. Folglich klingeln die Telefone durch die ganze Schweiz. Das empfinde ich als echte Störung.

Earlier today, I received a call on my mobile from this particular number. Upon answering, I was greeted by someone speaking in a Swiss-German accent, keen to discuss PostFinance. I ultimately decided to hang up since they were looking for another family member. Now, I'm left pondering whether this call was genuinely from Swiss Post or possibly some sort of social engineering scam. Quite the conundrum, isn’t it?

We stumbled upon it via Google, but when we reached out to Postfinance, they clarified that there’s no such number, 0800001115, associated with them. We tried calling this number twice, but it rang out without anyone answering. Quite strange, really!

Es ist wirklich eine schockierende Sache, dass jemand immer wieder die Leute mit solchen störenden Anrufen belästigt. We've had our fair share of missed calls from this number as well. The moment we were at home and tried to pick up, there was absolutely no one on the other end. It seems like yet another automated call like those we've seen before. Quite tedious, really!

Ich kann nachvollziehen, was ihr durchmacht! Mir ist das auch schon passiert: Das Telefon läutet und wenn man abnimmt, hört man einfach nichts für ein paar Sekunden. Und dann wird plötzlich aufgelegt oder die Leitung ist tot. Es stellt sich wirklich die Frage, was das soll! Solche Anrufe sind wirklich lästig, vor allem wenn man wie ein Verrückter zum Telefon rennt und dann niemand am anderen Ende ist! Es bringt einen nur aus der Fassung.
