I got a text from this number claiming it was my son whose phone had been smashed. Then they said his bank had locked his account for 48 hours because of security, and he supposedly owed £1850 that had to be paid before he could access his money. They asked if I could transfer money to some payee. Obviously, it was a con and my son was oblivious to all this. Just a heads-up to everyone - I nearly fell for it and could have sent the cash without double-checking. SCAM ALERT, stay safe folks!
