I picked up the phone and there was just silence for a good few seconds. Then a clicking sound like someone joining the call. A lady asked if she could speak to our director using his first name. I told her he wasn’t around, and she just cut off straight away. Definitely sounded like a spam call to me.

Openreach was so pushy, almost like they thought I was dumb. They kept saying there’s some dodgy stuff happening on my internet and asked what phone I used, then told me to go check and change my settings. I just hung up on them, couldn’t be bothered with that.
