I picked up the call but all I could hear was some kind of office noise in the background, no-one actually said anything to me, so I just ended the call.

I got a call from a bloke with an accent, said he was from Virgin Media tech support. He kept telling me there were lots of alerts on my internet and that it was running really slow. He asked me to type something in on my PC to fix it. I told him I wasn’t having any of that, and he just cut the call straight away!
