I got a call from this number but I kept quiet and they just ended the call or cut off. Told myself no way I’m answering them again, so I blocked the number. If they’re not gonna talk, then dont bother calling. Looks like it’s a Vodafone line or something.

Do not talk to these people, it's definitely a billing scam. I checked the number that called me and it showed up as a total scam, even mentioned something about videophone. Best thing to do is block them right away.
